Our Condition Codes Explained

Products other than Brand New in Box products are separated into 3 condition codes - S1, S2 and U. These are explained as follows:-

*S1 - * Our S1 designated products are new parts, never used, in original manufacturer packaging and may be an older date code, firmware, series or style. When purchasing S1 products, please verify series and firmware if applicable. All units will have been tested when required and consequently may not carry the original factory seal.

*S2 - * S2 designated products are new, never used items that will have been repackaged in Service-Asia or custom packaging. These surplus items may not come with manuals or other accessories that would normally be supplied when buying factory new and may be older date codes, firmware, series or style. When purchasing S2 products, please verify series or firmware if applicable. Units will be tested prior to dispatch where necessary.

*U - * All ‘U’ suffix designated items are repackaged and may have been previously used in the field or used as demo units. Manuals and accessories provided with original units may not be available with pre-owned parts. All units will have been tested and cleaned, but may show signs of prior use or marking.

All other products are brand new in box, sealed where applicable. Units are covered by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty as applicable.

All the above products will be covered by Service-Asia' 18 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
